This is our elite level program. These high performance athletes are dedicated and focused on learning the most difficult and challenging gymnastics elements for their routines. The main goal of this program is to represent Alberta and Canada at western, national and international competitions.

LEAP (Lets Evaluate Athletes Progress)
This developmental program focuses on physical preparation and skill development. The LEAP program is a formal testing tool that charts individual improvement. This program is a perfect stepping stone to the higher competitive world with an emphasis on line, form, strength, conditioning and the perfection of basic skills.

Provincial Levels 1 – 5
These gymnasts compete in their levels and age categories. They learn technical skills, routines, strength, conditioning and dance. The girls compete their routines on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor. The main goal of this program is to compete and represent GYMTASTICS at provincial and western championships.
