GymTwinklers

The GYMTASTICS GymTwinklers program specializes in developing the whole child in the way they act, move, think and feel. This creative environment teaches and motivates the child to learn the fun, fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics. The emphasis of the Twinklers program is on group interaction with peers and skill development on equipment through our creative theme day circuits.

GymTerrifics

The GYMTASTICS GymTerrifics program focuses on developing the whole child: cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically. The Terrifics are required to have a higher level of skill. This program introduces children to fitness and the fundamentals of gymnastics with emphasis on developing advanced skills, form, technique and confidence. This program also incorporates various elements of the CanGym Burgundy and Red Badge Program.

GymTigers

This is a girls pre-competitive developmental program. The key components and focus of this advanced program is on Pre-Leap skills, strength and conditioning. The girls will learn discipline, technical gymnastics and dance with the emphasis on detail and form. Although more technical, we throw in some fun activities needed to motivate this young age group.
