Party On!
Make your child's birthday unforgettable with a gymnastics-themed party! Our party package includes two certified instructors who will guide the fun, tailored to the specific ages and abilities of the kids. Enjoy two hours filled with games, obstacle courses, gymnastics activities, foam pit play, and trampoline fun. The children will be active, engaged, and challenged in our colourful, unique gym space.

We have a maximum of 16 children on the floor allowed (1-8 coach ratio). No exceptions.
We understand that it can be tempting to add more names to the guest list, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Rates apply to children walking and up. Children in a car seat or carrier are not allowed on the gym floor.

Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults must sign a waiver upon arrival at the gym.

Supervising adults are NOT allowed to play on the equipment.

30 minutes before the party the party room will be available. On arrival the host/hostess will be directed to the party room to make preparations for the last portion of the party booking time.
Helium-filled balloons are not allowed within the facility.
Other decorations are allowed.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing, bodysuits, or form-fitting shorts and T-shirts.

Avoid dresses or loose clothing that can get caught on the equipment.

No jewelry. Small stud earrings are okay.

Younger siblings in a child carrier of any kind, car seat or stroller or being carried are NOT allowed on the gym floor. Children in car seats or strollers must not be left unattended.

Not at all! Most of our party-goers have never tried gymnastics before. It's all about fun, movement, and making the birthday child feel like a star. Our coaches meet every child exactly where they are. There is something for every level and ability.
Safety is the foundation on which everything else is built at Gymtastics. Our coaching staff are fully certified through Gymnastics Canada and the Alberta Gymnastics Federation, and every coach undergoes background checks before working with athletes. Skills are taught progressively, and no athlete is asked to attempt something they haven't been physically and mentally prepared for. Our facility is purpose-built for gymnastics with regulation-standard equipment on all apparatus, and athletes are required to report any aches, pains, or injuries to their coach before training begins.
One month before the day of the party, there is a $30.00 cancellation fee, service fee and GST.
After the one month cut off half of the party fee is refunded.
Party hosts are required to clean up prior to departure. (sweep floors, wipe down tables and countertops. Thank you!)
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please share the custom RSVP link with all party guests. This will allow them to complete the required waivers and PIPA forms before the party. It is the responsibility of each invitee to submit their forms ahead of time. This will help us confirm the number of attendees and ensure everyone can participate. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a fun and safe event for all!
