In this introductory program, your child will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics from safety landings to static balances, headstands to cartwheels, inverted hangs to pullover and so much more! We infuse the class with fun and express our love for fitness through warm-ups using various equipment like rebounders or hula hoops, and rotating through all of the different apparatus gymnastics has to offer.

This artistic gymnastics team receives advanced instruction in skills, technical gymnastics, group demonstrations, routines and conditioning. Troopers represent Gymtastics Gym Club by participating and attending various gymnastics events such as local competitions and performing group demonstrations at Gymfest at the end of the year.

About the
Recreational Badge Program
Every recreational class at Gymtastics is delivered through a tried-and-true curriculum, a proven, purposefully designed framework created right here by Gymtastics Staff. What started at Gymtastics Gym Club has grown into something much bigger: gym clubs locally, nationally, and internationally have now adopted the program, a testament to how genuinely effective and easy it is to deliver.
The secret is in the design. The curriculum is visually rich and structured in a way that any qualified coach or instructor can pick up immediately, which means your child gets the same exceptional experience regardless of which coach is leading the class that day. Every lesson is built around the way school-aged children actually learn: through play, themes, movement and music, each week layering in the physical fundamentals and real skills that become the building blocks for every sport, and every physical challenge, they'll ever take on.
